At Networks Reimagined, we believe that we provide you the best training and value in the realm of data center SDN. Therefore, we are more than willing to provide you guarantees that your training dollars are going to good use. 

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a self-paced video training product that does not include lab access or direct human engagement, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund. 

Note that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds for Rack Rental Products

Several types of products are exempt from being returned for a full refund. In particular, products that include lab access will not be fully refunded if the product has been updated to Fulfilled status in your Order History page. 

A status of Fulfilled means that hardware has either already been reserved for your training, or the process for enabling your lab access has already been started.

When a rack rental product has moved into a Fulfilled state, but the rack rental period has yet to begin, we still allow you to request refunds. However, we deduct the cost of lab provisioning. These costs can range from $300 to $500.

Under certain conditions, we may allow you to apply the full price you paid for the rack rental to a future Networks Reimagined course or product.

Requests to Re-Schedule Rack Rentals Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that life happens! In certain cases, we may allow you to reschedule your lab access to a future date to allow you to make better use of your time. 

Contact us and notify us of the circumstances preventing you from using your lab time and we will evaluate whether rescheduling of your lab time is possible. 

Process for Requesting Refunds and Exchanges

To request a return, please reference your order number, the name of the product you intend to return, and whether you are looking for a refund or a reallocation of funds to another product in the Message field below. Please ensure that the email and name you enter match the details on the referenced order.
