Robust and Flexible Rack Rentals for SDN Training

We believe a true evolution toward SDN requires a paradigm shift that only comes with time and practice. That is why we have decided that all of our racks will be rented out over periods of close to one month and sometimes even longer.

Our goal is to be able to provide a seamless administrator experience for all users on shared hardware to lower the costs of rack rentals to an extent feasible for most engineers. This enables us to offer long-term rack rentals at the cost of short-term rack rentals.

Our labs are incredibly open! You connect into our network using a VPN connection and then have the option to either follow our guided labs to get started or to extend our topology in any way you want by adding virtual appliances to the mix. This approach enables you to even test integrations between different SDN solutions if you were so inclined.

We even allow you to run automation scripts against our hardware directly from your laptop. This is important because we want you to be able to create your own automation scripts and to take what you learn with you without restrictions.

When we initially launch our rack rentals in late 2021, our solution will be limited to Cisco ACI and ACI Multi-Site. You will be free to expand your lab topology by uploading and deploying new virtual appliances into our lab.

Any appliance you decide to add will strictly follow a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) model.

By mid 2022, we will have expanded our lab to also support ACI Multi-Pod and several other data center SDN solutions. We will also be adding advanced automation capabilities to ease the deployment of test applications and to allow you to perform zero-trust and security testing as well as highly advanced proof-of-concepts within our lab.
